Simple Roast Chicken with Garlic and Lemon | Just a Taste

Ingredients Quantity Tools & Utensils
Chicken 2 pics Chopping board
Carrots 50 gm. Butcher knife
Onions 50 gm. Roasting pan
Celery 50 gm. Kitchen fork
Leek 50 gm. Ladle
Oil 100 gm. Wooden spoon
Salt To taste
Peppers To taste
Mustard paste Quantity
Waster shire sauce Quantity
Water Quantity
             Method Of Preparation
  1. Prepare and clean the chicken.
  2. Season with salt, pepper inside and outside.
  3. Turn for roasting.
  4. Place oil in a roasting pan or tray, place chickens and put in the oven to roast on one side, basting from time to time.
  5. Turn chickens on the other side and repeat cooking.
  6. Turn chicken onto backs and complete roasting, adding the onions, carrots leek and celery.
  7. After cooking, removing chickens and keep them.
  8. Place the roasting pan on stove.
  9. allow to heat gently so that juice settle to the bottom and brown.
  10. Take off the fat, add the stock or water or wine.
  11. Correct seasoning and reduce.
  12. Pass through a fine chinois, skim or water or wine.
  13. Cut the chickens into four pieces.
  14. Cover with gravy and serve hot.
