     Continental Breakfast: 

Fruits: Fresh Grape fruit, Orange, Papaya, Pineapple, Melon, Apple or fruit juices. Fresh if possible, orange, grape fruit, Pineapple, Tomato. Stewed (Poached) Fruits. Prunes, Figs, Apple, Pears.

Cereals Cold: Cornflakes, Rice Crispies etc. Hot porridge.

Vegetables: Grilled Fried Tomato, Mushrooms, saute potatoes, potato cakes, hash brown potatoes.

Preserves: Jam, Jelly, Honey, Marmarlade.

Beverages: Tea, coffee, Chocolate, Milk-Hot or Cold.

Breads: Bread & Butter, Croissant Rolls, Toast, Special Bread etc.

Pancakes: Hash Brown Potatoes.
